Nature’s Wonders Thrive Right Around Us
By Brenda Robinson
One morning, as I parked at Unity of Delray Beach, I realized I had several minutes before I was scheduled tobe anywhere. I love to take pictures, so I decided to take a walk and shoot some of the beautiful foliage that is all around the church. Everything planted was so healthy and abundant, it felt like I was taking a botanical garden tour! A stroll around the church grounds is quite amazing.
In addition to the plants, shrubs, and trees, there are three special gardens for prayer and contemplation, remembrance and reflection, with seating at some as well. And the gazebo is a great place to meet up with old and new friends. Living in a tropical climate, we all work to stay hydrated.
At our church, on the north wall near Mary Kupferle Fellowship Hall, we have that amazing drinking fountain with delicious filtered water. It’s specially designed so you can also replenish your bottle! Enjoy it, and nature.
